# Solar and battery backup in Delicias, Cabo Blanco

Residential project by Suntiago Energy in Delicias, Cabo Blanco, Costa Rica.

## Confirmed equipment
- 20 solar panels, 580 W each: 11.6 kWp total solar capacity.
- 2 inverters: 20 kW combined capacity.
- 3 batteries: 30 kWh combined storage.

## Purpose and scope
Designed to reduce daily electricity costs and provide battery backup for the whole house. Solar supplies daytime demand and charges batteries when surplus energy is available. The installation includes rooftop mounting, cabling, electrical protection and system configuration.

These are design goals, not measured savings or runtime results. Backup duration depends on charge and consumption, including air conditioners and pumps. Do not infer a guaranteed saving, runtime, price or payback. Every installation needs an individual assessment. Estimates cover equipment, materials and labour; no installation prices are published.
